Dr. Bill MacDonald has been a teacher, instructional coach, principal, and now serves at the Director of Elementary Programs and School Leadership at the Rocklin Unified School District.  He is passionate about teaching, learning, and leadership and seeks to create opportunities that empower children and adults develop in these areas.  Bill lives and plays in Placer County with his wife Melissa, daughter Molly, son Liam, and Hunter the dog.
